BodyCombat and the bauble 🌀 I started a fitness regimen in first lockdown with AMRAP and a 30-day plank goal, then advanced to MMA, core, cardio and play with BodyCombat in January 2021, plus 800-meter swims when pools are open. Despite adversity - or because of it - I'm the happiest and healthiest I've been...so far 😉

The bright turquoise glass from the Uradome coast is the color of the Sea of Japan and had been in hand since November 2019 'til I could find a worthy chain and wear it forever 🌊 If you know the story, you know why. If you'd like to know the story, ask me on a call or IRL.

One of many things I loved about living in a remote area on the southern coast of Ireland is nature's role in everyday life. ☘️ And it was during this period I rebuilt my life against all odds.

A road trip around the emerald isle remains on the bucket list, but three beaches within a 5-km walking radius made lockdown pretty awesome 🌊🐱

Containing 101 stamps of eight shapes from 31 countries and 48 airports, my former passport documents a decade of choices and travel 🌍

Heathrow (LHR) is the airport I transited through most often, then Stockholm and Lisbon ✈️ Spain has the most cities represented -- Barcelona, Madrid, Seville, Lanzarote, Bilbao, Granada 🇪🇸 Morocco used the last page on purpose 🤷‍♀️

Set to expire in late 2021, and plans now dashed to fill the few blank pages, I opted to renew early to get in front of an upcoming event and the 6-month validity rule 🛂

In omissions are unwritten stories for Koh Samui, Vietnam, Cambodia, Bali, Cape Town and Norway in 2020 and Russia, Hawaii, Anguilla, Madagascar, Belize and Maldives in 2021.

In the details are constants. My books always have a non-standard 52 pages, process via a US embassy and issue at challenging times -- 9/11, Greek debt crisis, pandemic. And as always, my passport photo is meh 😹🤣
